Kinstone River Community is a great place to live. It’s quiet here even though it’s still in the city. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues that arise.. The staff are friendly and so are the residents.

I have lived at Kinstone River for several years. I absolutely love everything about living here, hence why I continue to renew my lease! It is a perfect location with access to all the major highways. Here are some of the things I love most about living at Kinstone: - the super responsive and friendly staff - the superb and always prompt/on-the-ball maintenance team (never a job left undone and always completed with excellence) - the neighbors! We have the best neighbors here!!! Everyone is always friendly and ready to lend a helping hand ! - the events and amenities.. so much fun! - how safe it feels. I have always felt very safe living here. - the apartment itself is so nice. I have lived in 4 different apartments here at Kinstone, as our family has continued to grow, and I can say firsthand that the one, two AND three bedroom apartments are spacious and cozy. - surrounded by nature and wildlife amidst the city! Love all the trees here, access to trails and the river. - the grounds are extremely well KEPT. I have spoken with the owner of the landscaping company that Kinstone partners with, and he shared with me that he always tries to hone in on the details of beautifying a property- all I can say is, it shows! I could say more but that’s where I’ll stop for now. Thanks so much to all of the Kinstone team for making this community such a wonderful place to live! - Marjorie
