I have lived here on 60 Phoenix avenue, going on 4 years now!! The building is always clean!! Cleaned everyday!! Cameras monitored 24/7.. I can't think of the last time that I saw a rodent!! Bug and rodent exterminator visits on regular intervals!! The secretary always goes the extra mile, to keep this place nice!! Very nice neighbors!! Brand new windows installed in the entire building on all floors.. last year!! All garbage goes outside!!😎👍🏼
