The Ottone - Brand new, renovated apartments in Waterbury, CT located within 5 minute to University of Connecticut (UConn) Waterbury campus! New property management and outstanding renovations transformed this 10-story building, including updated security features, brand new lobby, granite counters and stainless steel appliances! Perfectly sized Studio, 1BR and 2BR apartments are perfect for students attending UConn Waterbury, Post University, Western Connecticut State University, Naugatuck Valley Community College and Stone Academy. Non-students are also welcome. Everyone will enjoy the close walk to Downtown Waterbury, bars and restaurants, local transportation and I-84. You definitely don't want to miss out on Waterbury's finest living, only in The Ottone!

I have lived here on 60 Phoenix avenue, going on 4 years now!! The building is always clean!! Cleaned everyday!! Cameras monitored 24/7.. I can't think of the last time that I saw a rodent!! Bug and rodent exterminator visits on regular intervals!! The secretary always goes the extra mile, to keep this place nice!! Very nice neighbors!! Brand new windows installed in the entire building on all floors.. last year!! All garbage goes outside!!😎👍🏼
