My fiancé and I have lived here for two years and have loved our stay! The community is great here and the public spaces are always neat and well-maintained. I also have never had as great maintenance service as we get here; Chris is the best! Kimberle is an excellent manager here and has always been so helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend Studios180 as a great downtown living option!

I've been living at Studios180 for over a year (coming up on two years this August) as a student at UK, and I have loved every minute of being here! The building is new and well maintained, and the staff are fantastic. Gated parking, on-site management, and all-new appliances make these apartments safe and comfortable to live in. Sink pressure not high enough? Fixed within the hour. Dogs chewed on the wall? No worries, we'll patch it. They are VERY pet friendly, and my two dogs have made friends with every staff member and apartment resident. If you want to be downtown and in a SAFE apartment complex, pick Studios180!
