Overpriced for what they offer. Only time management will personally get a hold of you with an issue, is if one of their buddies complains about you. Have had bugs like crazy and been told "just how it is". Left a hole in my wall from a horribly botched "repair" for about a month. A human sized hole. When finally fixed I had to clean up the mess. Edit: update: new ownership is even worse. Leave me with bugs and fulfilling my own maintenance requests. I have fixed my own shower, bug problem, and my own disposal. At a lot of cost to myself. The place itself is unsafe. Update: it is 2024 and they got MORE expensive. They are what is wrong with this country. The town is bit worth the almost 1800 dollars they will charge you. You are better off avoiding payson. If you want NON updated apartments for 500 dollars more than ghetto phoenix apartments. This is the place for you... awful in ever fashion of the word. Just don't.
