The University Gardens is perfect for any student looking to move away from the dorms, or just looking to get closer to campus. The rent is extremely affordable and you are getting DirecTV, Google Fiber Internet, 50 inch flat screen TV, washer and dryer IN YOUR APARTMENT! We also got a new hot tub along side with many fire pits to use as well. The rent is far better than competition and comes completely furnished. You are also put directly down the street from downtown Salt Lake. I don't know what else you could ask for in an apartment complex, especially one so close to campus.

I have been living at these apartments for over a year now. Maintenance has been very responsive and has fixed everything I have needed them to. If there are ever any issues you can always just go down to the leasing office and they will take of it. Many reviews here talk about the past property manager Moana who was not great. However, the new property manager Jaren is a great guy who has taken care of a lot of issues and is super easy to talk with. This place has been turning around since these past reviews were posted.
