Been here about a month. Staff and neighbors are friendly. There are events throughout the month that encourage neighbors to socialize. Breakfast burritos at the gate, braised beef plate, s’mores event and a rodeo round up event. Looking forward to futures events from the staff and the Lloyd and Charlie team. Update: I had an issue that surfaced because I misunderstood instructions. I emailed the staff after hours and Priscilla T. replied within a few minutes and walked me through the correct procedure. Cannot be happier with the customer service here.

I have lived here for over 6 months and have decided I will live here for the next several years! Not only is the location ideal, but the staff and amenities are amazing!!! Priscilla and Patty up at the front are super helpful, kind, and understanding. They are always quick to answer all of my question and meet my needs. The maintenance guys are professional and courteous. They get the job done in a timely manner and provide insight and explanation. I feel safe here and feel like rules are enforced and the property is well maintained.
