When I moved onto this place it was a MESS!!!! BUT, the change has been great. The NEW staff now has been very cooperative and supportive and keeps us abreast of what's going on. The Manager is really building COMMUNITY!!!! Great job! Thank yall for changing the dynamic here. It's NOW a great place to live. Nice apartments. Nice prices. But, even better. SERVICE!

I've been living at Brickstone Villas for 5 years and never had the caring and support that I receive now with this manager and staff. Many of us residents had such bad experience with the old managers that we didn't think we would EVER get good help here, but now, this management team is the best. They care about us as people not just for paying rent. Please please please keep this team here. They are making this place better, better. I'll sign another lease every year. The manager even have grocery pantry brought in to help us with food! Can you believe that!!! Our landlords help the manager help us residents with food! So good. Lots of food. 10 STARS!!! Thank you!
