I have absolutely enjoyed living at Summer Pointe. The staff is friendly, management is awesome and its a safe neighborhood. It's completely affordable and pretty nice considering what you pay. I have had zero issues as far as neighbors go- and anytime I've had an issue with an appliance in my apartment the maintenance team was quick to resolve it. Single/Married/Kids/No Kids- it's an awesome place to live. I'll be sad when I have to move on.

Summer Pointe Apts has many perks and is the reason I have enjoyed living here for the last 3 years and just like anywhere else, has room for improvement. Love the mgmt staff. They help me whenever I have issue(s). Yes, the valet trash is horrible but the staff is a 10/10. My lab and I enjoy living here, very quiet.
