We have lived in CITY North apartments for 21 years. We love it here or we wouldn't have stayed. We have been fortunate enough to always have wonderful neighbors. The staff is great and very helpful, if we have a maintenance problem, they usually come out that day to fix it. they have 2 beautiful swimming pools, covered parking is an option, they also have a fitness center. i highly recommend CITY North Apartments if you are looking for a new place to call home.

People can say what they want about Summer Lake Apartments, but my fiancé and I have been living here since October, and I can honestly say that these are very nice homes compared to other apartment complexes that i have seen. Certain places allow "trashy" people to live on property and they tend to tear the place apart. We have a great staff here, and they go all out to make sure the tenants are nice and comfortable, keeping this place top notch clean!! They work very hard!! I am not saying that just because my fiance is head of maintenance, I am saying this because it is the real truth!! We never have any problems here, and when someone needs something done in their apartment best believe it gets done..ON TIME AND FAST!!! I truly give BSR company their props, kudos to a great team and keep up the great work!!!

I highly recommend City North Apartments in Longview, Texas. Located right off the Loop behind Longview Mall, City North is convenient to highways, shopping, restaurants and stores, as well as churches and neighborhoods. Though close to the bustle of everyday life, the apartment complex is quiet and cozy. The area is well landscaped and well maintained and the apartment features 2 pools, a pet area and fitness center. Though not gated, the apartment is safe and very convenient and easy to navigate for guests. My favorite feature of City North is the friendly and professional staff and maintenance team, always accessible and accommodating for residents. I highly recommend City North as one of the best apartment living environments in Longview, Texas.

These apartments are awesome!! Great prices and amenities. I apartment shopped before I finally picked one, and I’m so glad I found these. The staff is very professional, friendly, and very easy to contact for any issues. Bailie made the whole process extremely easy. Would highly recommend
I have lived here for several years (8) the office staff is very kind and caring. The facilities are updated and well taken care of. I never have any problems or issues and if so they are very quick to help anyway possible with maintenance or ANY issue!! Liz & Bailey are awesome!!! :) happy to call this home.

Loved my experience here! I cannot say enough good things. The grounds were well kept, the pools are stunning, and the office staff is top notch. Liz was very professional and empathetic. She listened to everything I was looking for in an apartment and community. The gentleman in the office next to hers was warm and friendly as well!

I loved City North! I hated that I had to move. Bailie in the office was SUPER helpful with any questions I had throughout my time there. Any problem I had was quickly fixed. And my puppy loved the dog park!! Great place to live!

We just recently signed a lease with Summer Lake Apartments. Bailie the process smooth and easy she also made us feel very comfortable. The apartments are in great condition and very pet friendly. We’re excited to see what the future will bring living at Summer Lake. Thanks again BSR team for doing a wonderful job!!
