This place is fantastic! Fully remodeled, with top-tier amenities that go above and beyond. There’s a huge playground perfect for kids, along with tennis courts, a beautiful pool, a full gym, and even a dog park—ideal for anyone with pets. The management and maintenance teams are awesome, quick to respond and keep everything in perfect condition. It’s a community that truly feels like home and has something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Almost 4 years ago I embarked on a new chapter in my life I needed to find an affordable rent in a good neighborhood in Waterbury. When I first took a tour the complex bore the marks of neglect. The new owners, new property manager Pricilla and maintenance crew, however, worked diligently and tirelessly, if you ever seen it you’d run but I believed in the property manager i saw her passion about this place when she explained to me it might take a year but I hope you stick around to see it! Their efforts were evident as they revitalized the grounds and improved almost every corner of this complex. One of the most significant changes was the turnover of tenants; many of those who did not respect the property prior were replaced with new neighbors who valued this place. Living in an apartment building often carries the expectation of noise and chaos. Surprisingly, this place has defied those stereotypes. The tranquility is remarkable. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, fostering an atmosphere where everyone minds their own business while still being cordial. The sense of community is palpable, making it easy to feel at home. The property now resembles a gated community, offering a sense of security that is particularly comforting in Waterbury. Gaining access requires a key code, which adds an extra layer of peace of mind. The pool area has become my sanctuary on days off, where I can unwind with a good book while basking in the sun. The serene ambiance allows for moments of reflection, and the quietude is a welcome escape from the outside world. Gatherings with family and friends have become a cherished part of my experience here. This past summer, we enjoyed hitting the tennis court and also barbecue’s in the grill area and cozy evenings around the fire pit. These moments have fostered connections with fellow residents, reinforcing the notion that this is not just a place to live but a community where memories are made. As autumn approaches, I look forward to making extra trips to the gym I love that it’s open late so when I get out of work I’m able to get a nice workout. I have comfort of knowing it’s a key fob entry with security system in place for my safety and everyone else’s such a piece of mind knowing that. Another aspect that enhances the community spirit is the pet-friendly policy. The presence of a dog park encourages responsible pet ownership, with residents walking their dogs on leashes and cleaning up after them. This shared sense of responsibility contributes to a clean and pleasant environment, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors alongside our furry companions. Despite the initial judgments I faced regarding my choice of residence, I have come to realize that perceptions can be misleading. The transformation of this property has created a safe space for individuals and families alike. It is a place where one can lay their head at night and feel secure, whether raising children or nurturing a beloved pet. Reflecting on my journey over the past four years, I am grateful for the positive changes that have unfolded within this community. What began as a skeptical outlook has blossomed into a profound appreciation for the serenity and camaraderie I now experience. The hard work of the maintenance crew, the turnover of tenants, and the sense of community fostered by friendly neighbors have all contributed to a reasonable rent especially with the price of living costs it’s still affordable and reasonable living environment that feels welcoming and safe. As I look ahead, I am excited about the future of this community and the memories yet to be created in this transformed space.

I’m sharing my experience to save someone the heartache of living at 222 Bradley Ave. i moved here in Sept 2022 right when they began renovating the common areas of the complex. Dealing with construction was horrible. it was even reported that some of the people working were stealing peoples valuables out of their apartments down the road. But i told myself it would be worth it once it’s done to have a nice place to live. Boy was a wrong! This place is a dressed up lie! First i was convinced to move here by Priscilla due to the changes be being made. 10 months later i got a notice to quit stating i had to move. this occurred right after I asked for a repair to be done due to water leaking in my apartment from the rain. I paid my rent on time. Never gave trouble. Nothing. My least was coming to an end. I had to move again in less than a year!! I literally asked to renew my lease and they refused…. When it was time for me to move into my next place, they told my potential Landlord there was Always someone hanging out at the apartment, which was untrue because the person there was on the lease so they gave false information! As far as I know, the renovations were coming on long nice when i was still There, but there were many inconveniences along the way, including laundry machine to load money always breaking and , always not working. Maintenance was very rude and blatantly told me that he owns a house and don’t has to deal with these kind of things basically looking down at the tenants that live there. Needless to say if they kept my security deposit, even though I completely cleaned out the apartment and offered to get the rug shampooed. For any future tenants, please be mindful that these people will evict you at the drop of a dime with no care in the world, but the dollar. Sad world We live in. This place may look quite nice But the management and Maintenance are TRASH!! Many residents have told me horrible stories about the managers there to the point where I know Priscilla has been punched in the face by attendant because of her terrible attitude and needed Ron to follow her home for far of someone doing something to her so that should tell you a lot about what kind of people they are.
