The property owner and managers are exceptional and take great pride in the building and their tenants. Finding a rental in the heart of Manchester that is clean, updated, and safe is hard enough to come by, but it’s a rarity to find owners and managers like those at Bedford Block. They are prompt and friendly when dealing with any issues that arise and work exceptionally hard to maintain the property in pristine condition.
