I have lived at West M for five years now. Krista is caring and takes an interest in the tenants…answers questions and concerns promptly. Maintenance responds quickly to take care of any issues and repairs, as needed in a timely manner. Keeping up the grounds from litter is ongoing for all areas to look nice. And, a lawn service takes care of the grass, shrubs and trees, professionally. Everyone is courteous and treats you like family.

Krista was knowledgeable, polite & answered all my questions. We viewed two apartments and they were very clean, nice amenities and spacious! The apartment complex was clean and well landscaped. Clubhouse and fitness room are top notch.... we will be submitting an application. Thank you, Harold Miller Lake Charles.
