If you’re thinking about living here, dont. Landlord is very inattentive, will take months of asking before an issue is fixed. There’s no security measures, garage door is broken and is stuck open (has been for months) giving access to all rooms in the building, and also the random people who wander in every couple days. Including someone trying to open all the doors in the lobby, and another smearing his feces in the bathroom on the mirror. Mold growing in multiple rooms of apartments. If you have kids, this definitely isn’t the place for you.
