This duplex is in a quiet little neighborhood right next to Christopher Gartner park. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer hook-ups are available here, but machines are not included. Attached garage included for parking, as well as a driveway. Tenants pay electricity, water and sewer, gas, internet service, garbage pick-up, and snow removal. Landlord will provide lawn care. This property is pet friendly for $50 a month, with no pet deposit required. Our pet policy allows for dogs and cats with a maximum size of 20 pounds by 20 inches. Other caged pets are not charged.
