We have lived here for over 6 years and for apartment living, it is great. The apartment buildings are kept clean and upkept. The management team in Watford city are wonderful to work with.

We have lived here for over a year and the place has gone down hill quickly. The management is rude and impossible to get ahold of. Good luck getting anything fixed. Almost all of the garage doors are broken and have not been fixed in the 8 months since winter. There is no ventilation in the apartments. Also, the hallways always smell disgusting.
