Sara Townsend is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She was enthsiatic and totally knowledgeable. Now for the apartment...that too is a perfect fit for my mom. The rental price is completely doable for a seinor citizen who lives off a limited income. The apartment it self is gorgeous and the community seems so welcoming. I will 100% recommend these places to anyone who asks. Thank you Sara you are amazing! 😀😀😀

Affordable rental cost, 6 & 12 month contracts, washer/dryer included, garage access, pet friendly and responsible management that responds to all tenant concerns. Need I say more? Neighbors seem to be very friendly and willing to resolve issues as they come up :)
