It is alright for a smaller family. Anything more and it is reeeal TIGHT. Pros: •No bugs (other than termites in vaulted ceiling) •Friendly neighbors •Management is cool, they seem a little overwhelmed but try their best to appease the masses all while Corporate throws curve balls daily. •Apartment grounds are safe and clean •Central Air/Heat •Personal washer/dryer hookup •Pool is always open and they have new furniture that compliments larger gatherings Cons: •Creakiest floors ever...you will think your neighbors are walking in your house •Paper thin walls...everyone can hear you. •Old appliances and hardware •Limited Storage •20 min hot water heater (not even joking) •8-9% rent increases per "Corporate" •no amenities (gym, ball courts, playground, community room, etc.) Worth the $2,600/mo that they are asking for Take this as constructive as possible. My family has been living here for 5 years and are planning on staying until we buy a home. So come in with an open heart and try not to expect the world when it comes to service, but do expect a community you can trust and an area you can call a home.
