I've been here 4 years and I absolutely love this place. Management has always been quick to resolve the few issues we've had. It doesn't feel cramped like the traditional apartment complexs and the drive through the complex is pleasurable. All of the tennants that I've met have seemed nice and a pleasure to talk to.

We've been living here almost a year and it's been wonderful here. Very up scale place clean beautiful view of the pool and a Lil lake. Not trash places, trash pickup every Sunday, trash truck every morning; Very clean place. I can go on and on about the place and maintenance are off the chain, they be on point with the service

I love it here! This complex has everything a renter could want from wood burning fireplace, direct entry garages to actual backyards! Maintenance requests are handled quickly and they are extremely professional. The office management team is responsive to requests.I would recommend The Embry to anyone.

Just moved in at Embry, and it was so easy. The office staff was so helpful, and the manager Delores was very patient with me through the process. I had a lot of questions, and she didn't mind at all. The maintenance came in the office and she introduced him to me which I was glad. As a single mom, names with a face are extremely helpful. Thank you, Ms. Delores.
I have lived here almost 5 years now. There was a lot of negative reviews prior to me moving in. I took the chance and came to look at a unit. Once I looked at it, I signed the deal. It has a very down to home feel. The unit I live in has an attached walk through garage. A lot of things have changed over the years. New ownership for starters. A lot of the apartment have been remodeled/upgraded. Which benefits new clients. The place over all is quiet. Neighbors are friendly. It's not a bad place to live, especially having a garage for the price. New management have been pretty good over all. Like any other place, there are always pros and cons. For me the pros out weigh the cons. I do recommend anyone looking for a good place to live, come to Embry.
I submitted a request on June 29th to have a kitchen cabinet shelf re installed. That has not taken place. I had an A/C request submitted that was taken care of immediately. Thank you.

I chose to live at Embry almost two years ago. It’s a good location! In 7 mins. I can be to downtown Addison or to public transportation. For the service of the staff, quiet complex, storage (emphasis on storage), amenities, safety, and shade, the price is certainly right and I'm content. I’m on the first floor with an attached garage and spacious fenced in area for my dog. It’s great. I hope to call Embry home once my lease is up for renewal.
Upland Residential has made some great changes to the property by adding a dog park, landscaping is well upkept and beautiful, and the pool is always clean and mostly quiet. Since our office staff had turnover some months ago, Tiffany has made wonderful changes to the organization, professionalism, and always makes sure things are done promptly. Having a manager who truly cares about her residents makes all the difference! The new office staff are the friendliest I’ve experienced in apartments (and can I just say that having lived in 4 apt complexes with grumpy office staff this is SUCH a breath of fresh air 😂). The staff invites the residents to community gatherings often. I’d say we get notified about an event they’re hosting for us twice a week on average and it’s awesome of them to go above and beyond like this.
All that to say, it’s a great place to call home and the staff works diligently to keep it that way. Highly recommend.
