I have been a tenant of Farrell Properties for 10 years now. I have had personal dealings with Eric Farrell and various leasing and property managers. I can truthfully say that my experience has been fantastic! I first lived in a single family house and now have been at an apartment complex for over two years. I had a fine experience with Farrell and wouldn't hesitate to rent from them. Sunset House is brand new and beautiful with high quality finishes. While not inexpensive, the units seem bigger than average and given that everything in the building is totally fresh, I think this is the best value in Burlington.
