Choose from 1BR (810 sq ft) or 2BR (945 sq ft) loft-style apartments with expansive windows, washer & dryer, central heat/AC, ceiling fans, and blinds. Enjoy open layouts, modern kitchens, and spacious bedrooms & baths. COMMUNITY AMENITIES: a clubhouse, fitness and business centers, gated secure entry, online rent/service requests, and 24-hr emergency maintenance. Section 42 welcome. FEES: Application fee due at applying. Reservation fee becomes deposit after move-in (refunded if denied, forfeited if canceled). UTILITIES: Residents pay electric, water, and sewer; optional internet, cable, and phone. PET FRIENDLY: $300 per pet, max 2, 50 lb combined. Office Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 9–5 | Sat–Sun Closed.
