Enjoy open layouts, modern kitchens, and spacious bedrooms & baths. COMMUNITY AMENITIES: a clubhouse, fitness and business centers, gated secure entry, online rent/service requests, and 24-hr emergency maintenance. Section 42 welcome. FEES: Application fee due at applying. Reservation fee becomes deposit after move-in (refunded if denied, forfeited if canceled).
