I am giving Beach Front Property Management four stars based on my recent interactions with upper Management and their efforts to improve resident satisfaction. The Regional Supervisor (Marco) is responsive, professional, empathetic, and respectful. I recently met the COO (Chris) who took the time to listen to a concern/complaint that I had about our resident manager. This is the most transparent and accessible upper Management has been in the 9 years I have lived at Paramount Residences. I also appreciate the fact that they are now utilizing resident feedback managers to serve as liaisons between tenants and upper Management. Our current resident feedback manager is Sarah and she is exceptional...a breath of fresh air. The second part of my review is for our actual resident manager Nora. If I could give 0 stars in a separate review...I would. I have NEVER in my life been so disrespected as a tenant. This person has harassed me and my family, sabotaged maintenance requests, and has been downright awful to deal with. Her behavior continues to go unchecked as she maintains a condescending tone and dogmatic approach to "managing". I would suggest that Beach Front Property Management enroll her in cultural competency and leadership training...and require that she treat tenants like human beings...and not like peasants. Her behavior is a liability for the company.
