Resident must provide proof of landlord liability insurance, or it can be purchased through Trybe Property Management. We require liability insurance or proof of renters insurance at time of move in. Refundable Pet Deposit: $300.00 (2 pet max) Pet Rent (non-refundable): $35.00/month (2 pet max) Application Fee (non-refundable): $40 per applicant.
