We are on a quiet street but Hurontario is only 100 metres away and gives you access to all major highways. Head south for 150 metres and you can access the QEW. Head another kilometre south and you will reach the Port Credit GO station for easy transit access. A bus stop for the Hurontario line is also located at the corner of Paisley and Hurontario. If you head north for 5 minutes you can access the 403 which links up to the 401 for east or west destinations. There is also an on-ramp to the 401 from Hurontario. You will love your quick commute and family/friends will love visiting you as it is an easy drive into and out of the city. When it comes to amenities, Linda Court apartments is second to none! For starters, you have everything you need within a 5 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) from our building. For grocery you have FreshCo., Food Basics and a Hasty Market right near the plaza. There is also a Rabba at the corner of Queensway and Hurontario as well as a great little deli market called 'The Apple Market'. Here you will find only the freshest of vegetables and fruits, a wide selection of meats and cheeses, and freshly baked bread and pastries. This is truly one of the lost gems of Mississauga - all within a quick walk of our building. For other conveniences, there are several major banks nearby (CIBC, TD, and RBC) as well as a McDonalds and Pizza Pizza located in the nearby plaza. The Plaza also has a Shoppers Drug Mart where you can pick up all your medical needs. You will also find other franchises such as KFC and Tim Horton's within walking distance of Linda Court apartments. There are a number of parks within a five minute walk including Floradale Park, Cooksville Park, and Camilla Park - great places to take the small kids, the dog, or to just go and sit and read a book or relax with nature. The Cooksville library and the Cooksville United Church are only 100 metres away and there are numerous daycares, schools (Floradale Public, Royal Montessori to name a few) within a short walk from the apartment building. For your health and wellness there is the Trillium Hospital at the corner of Queensway and Hurontario as well as a local walk-in clinic for your convenience.
