My name is Anna, soon to be a "new" resident of Park 9 Apartments. I need to give a HUGE shout out 🗣️ 🗣️🗣️ to the Leasing Team here. First off It's quite stressful trying to find a new and safe place to live these days. I've been to quite a few properties to look at where I might feel safe and most of all feel like it could be called my HOME. From the moment I walked in the office door, I was greeted by Sharmaine. She had the biggest smile 😁 on her face as if she was expecting me. 🙌🏽 It was very welcoming. She was such a breath of fresh air 👌🏽 for sure considering the month I had apartment searching. She asked me to have a seat and we just chatted about what I was looking for. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I felt like I knew her for a long time. That just doesn't happen alot these days. I work pretty close and was hoping this would be the one. I got all the information I needed and had to leave for an appointment. I came back the next day and met with Dominique the Manager 🙌🏽 . He gave me the warmest welcome and decided to take me to see an apartment to get an idea of the layout. Again, he also made me feel so freakin comfortable that I felt like I knew him for a long time 🙌🏽. When I stopped back in after work I met with Kayla who is just a joy 😉 to speak with and very welcoming. She answered all of the additional questions I had and we took another walk around the property which was great. LAST POINT: Everytime I went to this property, the office staff would greet EVERYONE, from UPS/AMAZON and Tennant's with a smile and willingness to help. Soooo I 🤔 thought this is where I will call HOME 🏚️ in a month! Shermaine, Dominique and Kayla PLEASE don't stop being who you are as people and as a Team. You are ALL just 💯 . 👌🏽 🙌🏽😉👌🏽 - I'm also NOT paid to say anything...this is truly my personal experience which ya can't make this up! They deserve their 💐💐💐 and 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 AnnaC

Ms. Melissa is a terrific property manager. I understand with the whole transition as far as management goes that some of the renters were a little worried. However, I am sure park 9 is in very good hands, especially with the new management. Any problems that the renters might have Ms. Melissa is always open to help. At least from my experience she is a very understanding person! I will say that accountability and being proactive will go a long way as far as having an issue that need to be resolved

I love it here! Couldn't be happier. Our place felt like home as soon as we moved in. The sunrises and sunsets are AMAZING bc you're up on a ridge, (aka Ridgewalk Pkwy). There are a lot of great places to walk and bike to. From old rope Mill Park you can kayak or hike to the waterfall. It's only a short drive to the lake or mountains. The community is super safe and quiet. We must live next to book worms bc we never hear a peep, even on weekends. The crew and especially the ACD is awesome at Park 9. We just found our dream house after a year and a half here. Living at Park 9 helped in our house search bc we didn't have to settle on our forever home. 🏡

The office staff is so kind and respectful. I came in with very specific requests for my new home, and Cole was able to find exactly what I was looking for. While I did not end up moving to the property, as I decided to stay where I currently am, I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Park 9. I will definitely keep them in mind when I am ready to move.

"I have been living here for almost a year now. I justtt love the place. When I was looking for the apt, I came across this one and it just clicked. The staff is really cooperative. I have never faced any sort of difficulty here and they never gave me a chance to complain about anything... Kayla and Hannah are simply the best and been very supportive and helpful by all means.. H & K you both are the best 👍"

We moved from south Florida and found this property via a sister site we lived at in south Florida. We came up to view & signed our lease right away. We were highly impressed! This place has been absolutely amazing to us and the office staff is the BEST! The staff truly cares and it shows with how well everything is kept and how friendly they are. It is never just a Hi- it’s how’s everything, what’s going on with the family! As a stay at home mom new to the area I always feel safe and love taking my child out for walks ! I can’t say just one person is my favorite because they all are !! Also I can’t forget to mention if something needs fixing it’s always taken care of fast. Your favorite little tenant Brooklyn 😎
