Great place to live and very well managed. The landscaping and grounds are beautiful especially walking on the sidewalk around the ponds. The fitness center is top notch, and the pool is great for lap swimming. The location is also awesome if you are a runner, biker as there are sidewalks everywhere. There is also a huge bike path on the other side of Malabar that runs parallel to the ditch (keeping it safe) all the way from Minton to Heritage Parkway. The apartments are only one mile from Winn Dixie and there is a new Publix being built just 4 miles west on the Parkway and Malabar. But the best part about living here is the nice residents and diverse families all sharing the pool together on the weekends. Plenty of kids playing with each other.

I’ve lived here for over 6 months now and I have no intention on leaving. This is by far the best experience I’ve had as a resident in an apartment complex. From the management, to the office staff, all the way to the wonderful maintenance, everyone always goes above and beyond for any request I may have. These people are great and truly make you feel welcomed and at home. Thank you Madalyn landing staff!!

From the beginning, the front office has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. Michelle has been incredible throughout the process and helped me submit everything for approval. Everyone here has been great and I feel very safe here. It’s SUPER quiet at night which makes it easier for my kiddo to sleep. Everyone I’ve encountered in this community has been incredibly nice, including the maintenance team who has responded quickly to my requests. Tristan even took my boxes during one of my requests. Great place, highly recommend!

My time at Madalyn Landings has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the leasing office, we were greeted warmly by the staff who guided us through every step of the leasing process with patience and professionalism. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it feel like home right away. The amenities provided, from the fitness center to the pool area, are top-notch and always kept in great condition. Additionally, the benefits of discounts for veterans, a dog park, a nice gym, a pool, a hot tub, a fire pit, a BBQ area for families, a pool table, and an office for residents to use add immense value to the living experience. One of the standout features of Madalyn Landings is its sense of community. The neighbors are friendly, and the events organized by the management team create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It truly feels like a tight-knit community where everyone looks out for each other. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the maintenance staff is efficient and friendly. Any concerns we've had were addressed quickly and with care, which has made our living experience here even more enjoyable. Overall, we couldn't be happier. The combination of excellent staff, beautiful apartments, vibrant community, and extensive amenities make it an outstanding place to live. I’ve been living about 5 months now and I love it! It’s very dog friendly. The maintenance workers are literally working all day everyday. They fix issues the same day! Even on weekends they have people on call. We have a remodeled apartment and it’s beautiful. The floors are extremely easy to clean! The pool area and gym are the best I’ve seen in an apartment complex. Glad we found this place!

This is a very beautiful well kept apt community we have ever lived at. Michelle is such a pleasant person to work with. Our maintenance team is one of the most hardest working people and they take pride in their job which shows. You are God's gift sent to us.
