Income Limit - Household cannot exceed the listed Gross Annual Income listed below. 1 Person - $37,380 2 Person - $42,720 3 Person - $48,060 4 Person - $53,400 5 Person - $57,720 6 Person - $61,980 Must establish good rental history, or good mortgage payment history if home-owner. Must pass a criminal background check based on our participating credit bureau services. Must have at least 6 months of work history with current employer/field, earning at least 2-3 times the current rent. The maximum occupancy limit is 2 persons per bedroom. In addition to standard wages, income includes monies received from many sources such as alimony, child support, pensions, Social Security, unemployment, and asset income. All information on income provided by applicants must be verified before occupancy. This qualification and certification process is completed annually. Failure to comply with the annual recertification process could result in ineligibility.
