Bellemeade Farms is a bright and friendly community in a great location. It’s close to shopping and other needs. Nice views and quiet community. Spacious balconies and good floor plans. The office staff is personable and super helpful with any needs or questions. Maintenance is awesome. They are quick, efficient, and explain any issues. This is a great place to call home.

Having lived in Bellemeade Farms for over two years, I can say that I have definitely enjoyed my time living there. During my stay, I found that the management was kind, responsive, and professional. The community, above all, was safe and trustworthy. It is noteworthy that the apartments are several decades old, so every once in a while there is an issue that needs to be taken care of. Nonetheless, the staff are always quick to respond to anything that comes up. Overall, living there has been an outstanding experience.

Bellemeade Farms appeared for me in an hour of need. I was looking for a suitable one bedroom within driving distance of Fairfax that would not push me to the edge of insanity if my job decided to call me back to the office full-time. I wanted something fairly priced and Bellemeade checked all my boxes. I stayed here for two years in one of the un-renovated units, so I cannot speak to the updated ones. The furnishings in my unit were a little dated stylistically but they had been well-maintained and taken care of. Everything worked well and I never had to submit a maintenance request, not a single time. The front office and maintenance staff were considerate and helpful every time I did have occasion to interact with them, which was seldom (and that is exactly what I want from apartment staff). If you are the type to want to engage more with the complex, Bellemeade does have regular events and activities hosted by the staff, as well as extensive amenities. I can't speak to those much because I never used them, but when I did notice they always looked clean and tidy. The grounds are beautiful. The walls are a bit thin (but if you've lived in an apartment before, you know this is basically always true); there was always plenty of parking near my building and the parking lots are actively maintained. The location is outstanding. You have easy access to both downtown Leesburg, the cute historic small-town shops and restaurants side of town, and development Leesburg, the shopping centers and grocery stores side of town. You're also within easy distance of Ashburn and Reston, a bit of a jog to Harper's Ferry, Frederick, and Fairfax, and just outside an hour to DC most days. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay and if I had remained in the area I would have remained at Bellemeade Farms. Caitlyn, Kim, and the rest of the staff are proactive, responsive, and were always able to resolve any questions I had. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
