This is going on my second year at Desert Peak Apartments. As any apartment complex, there has been concerns and issues and Desert Peak management has been WONDERFUL and understanding with all of it. I’ve lived in a variety of apartments and homes, and currently these apartments have been my favorite. It’s a quiet community, with continual upgrades and improvements. 10/10 recommend

My stay at this apartment was great. The complex was always well-maintained and the leasing office was very welcoming if you had any questions or concerns. In particular, Danny one of the individuals that maintained the apartment complex, was great. Danny responded to work orders in a timely r and was good at communicating whenever maintenance was required on the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment.
