This apartment complex is the BEST place I've ever lived. I've been here for over two years and in that time I've had no serious issues with the other residents or the landlords. Barb is a wonderful lady and a very responsible landlord. The building is clean, pest free, and safe thanks to a metal reinforced security door. I highly recommend this place to anyone on SSI/SSDI.

The property manager Deb is amazing!!!! Always attentive and will meet Your needs regardless of circumstances. The units are clean, modern and stylish and I love my view of Falls Park, Downtown and the Arch of Dreams. The location is perfect for downtown living as well as reasonable and affordable. The renovations performed at this property are top notch. Couldn't be happier with my living situation.
