I am in my 9th year of living at the Villas at Viking. In that time I have seen 3 managers, of which Maggie is by far the best, most helpful and competent one we have had. She goes above and beyond for her residents, when my husband became bed bound, Maggie contacted hospice and got him under their care. She wears many hats here, as she does not have an assistant because it is a small complex. She manages it all with good humor and a smile on her face.
You cannot make everyone happy, but she tries. I consider her my friend and my family.

From day one, Maggie welcomed me with such warmth and kindness. She is an absolute gem - truly awesome!
She's not just professional; she's genuinely caring and makes sure everyone feels heard and valued. Whether it's a friendly chat or addressing a concern, Maggie handles it all with grace and a smile.
And Jorge? He's just freaking amazing! Always there to fix things promptly and with a joke or a kind word to brighten your day.
The community itself is a peaceful oasis. It's impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is so quiet and respectful. Everyone here is friendly and courteous, making it easy to feel at home.
Plus, having water, sewer, trash, and premium Internet included in the rent is such a relief.
The potlucks, coffee, donuts, and other special occasions/get-togethers are delightful bonuses that Maggie orchestrates to keep residents involved and encourage socializing.
This place is truly a hidden treasure. If you're looking for a safe, welcoming community where you or your loved one can thrive, this is where you want to live.

Words cannot fully express how grateful I am to have found such a fantastic community… and the joy of meeting such exceptionally wonderful and kind individuals like Maggie and Jorge.
We didn't actually move in but we did have an good experience with the process and where approved for a place but we had to cancel our move for personal reasons. But they where very nice, very easy to talk to and very helpful. When we do make our move to Vegas we will definitely consider moving here again.
Maggie took care of the matter herself by changing my mailbox, gathering mail, and bringing mail to the door, along with a new key for mail. Greatly appreciate her during my time recovering.
Villas at Viking is perfect for active Seniors! This place is so cute and friendly! My mom LOVES it!
Maggie, the office manager is so friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable! She went out of her way to make my mom and I feel right at home when we first visited! 💞 And, all the tenants knew her by name. My mom is so happy, and I'm relieved that she's in a safe and friendly community!🤗💞
