Beautiful apartments and great area/building. The leasing office is super helpful and is always on top of any issues that I may have. I even enjoy just chatting with the leasing office , they are all so sweet! This is my first apartment since moving out of my parents and the lease and maintenance etc can seem confusing but they have all been very patient snd helpful with any questions or concerns I had. As of a few days ago I learned My apartment needs a whole new HVAC system and I was so happy to hear that only a few days later they are coming to install it tomorrow! In the meantime they gave me a portable AC that’s been keeping my apartment cool. Maintenance is super fast and will come help with any issues large or small within a day. I have only had a few minor issues and they have all been taken care of in a very timely manner. I love the sense of community here. There are so many different people that live here, it ranges from college students, young working professionals, and families. Everyone is very respectful and friendly! I have only lived bere for about 4 months and I already plan to renew my lease next year!

I am writing a review out of utmost gratitude to Carla and the rest of the leasing office crew. They are very customer oriented and were of great help during my move-in, stay and during my move out. I had put in some work orders for my unit during my stay and they got resolved right away. The community itself is very dog friendly and very well maintained. The biggest selling point for me was the high ceilings and the no breed restriction and easy access to the major highways. There is gym in the building with a rock climbing wall. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks again Riverwalk.

I never leave reviews! I stumbled upon some for my community here at Riverwalk Lofts/Apartments, and felt the need to speak after doing so. It is important to me in life to live honestly, authentically and transparently. With that being said, I have seen many up’s and down’s having called the Riverwalk Lofts, now Riverwalk Apartments, home for over a decade. Truth be told, the community has evolved tremendously, some may argue for the better, others may feel differently. That’s their right. I, like many residents, have lived through various stages of construction, policy adjustments, and until now, numerous changes in management. The construction has only improved the community bringing a fresh and exciting buzz to the Riverwalk. Now, nearly complete, if not entirely complete, there are no issues. The policies in my opinion, have become stricter which is a welcome change and benefit to those tenants like myself, who have experienced issues and concerns with disrespectful residents. Mind you, this is not new to community living, you will always have those who go against the grain. What matters most is having management who addresses the issues as they arise. The current management team on site does this and I’m thankful for that. I can say that at first, the current management team to me, was more of the same. (another team, more confusion, more changes ect.) Mistakenly, I didn’t get to know the office when I had always made it a point to do so. Since my initial reaction, I am so happy to have gotten the opportunity to know the team in our office. They have brought a stability to our community that was desperately needed. They hold people accountable to adhering to community guidelines and some people just don’t like that. After reading the reviews, I feel peoples concerns were mainly due to that fact the leadership in place prior did the complete opposite. If you are considering calling Riverwalk home, please know it’s a good choice. Yes, the community has challenges, as do all others out there. The challenges are not enough to deter any future resident. The current team in our management office, Stephanie Rivera and Neysha Calderon, have been a welcome addition to our community. They have faced many obstacles since their transition and have tackled them head on! I think what many folks in todays world forget, things take time to improve, and sometimes things are just as they are. There is only so much in our control as humans and professionals. I find the office team to be kind, beyond helpful, and most importantly empathetic to residents struggles. Compared to what was, I give this team my whole hearted endorsement. They are professional and I absolutely am confident they do as much as they can to maintain our homes. Now, if only all residents respected the community as they did, many of the issues would be a NON issue. Will I eventually leave the Riverwalk? Most likely, as I have a goal to become a homeowner one day. When I do leave, I’ll miss it. I’ll miss the convenience and all that the community offers. With that, to be clear, when I do leave, it will be for the next steps in life, not because of any other reason. I am here not here to judge or make light of anyone’s thoughts on the review page. Everyone’s experience is unique. What I do want folks to consider, and I hope they do, is that I have lived here a long time by choice. That speaks volumes in itself. I have chosen to stay in part due to the current team. Also, because compared to others out there, I feel Riverwalk offers more both aesthetically and financially when pricing out the competitor. Yes, I have done my research! Many of the reviews I read seem quite unrealistic for those who live in community based living. Also, knowing the enforced policies with parking ect, I find that it is important to state that if you do the right thing, adhere to policies per your lease agreement, and respect where you live, there should be no issue speaking from someone with experience! Thanks Riverwalk! I’m happy to call the community home.
