This place can’t be beat for location location location! It’s near Summerlin and lots of shops nearby and also the vibe of it is pretty cool. Giving old world charm with modern finishes and amenities. My favorite part was the dining nook. It’s cool not to have your dining table crammed up into your kitchen. I toured with Katarina and I haven’t met a nicer and sweeter person yet. I’ll be putting in an app.

I've lived in Monaco Park for over 23 years. I came here after 20 years in Orange County I was amazed by the high quality solid of our architecture. You would never quess every building is made of wood. Everyone gets a really useful solid balcony. Plus large refrigerators, microwaves, dish washers and a complete laundry set-up. The staff is always really helpful - especially Esmerelda the manageress. A recent heatwave has really tested them. But Dennis quicky provided a portable A/C unit to keep the nighttime temperature down and one day later Omar (his supervisor) has just installed a new external A/C machine so heat domes now hold no fears for the rest of 2024. One last perk is across Desert Inn Road there are two large parks. A one mile walk provides a complete view of the The Strip from the Stratosphere to Mandalay Bay/Raiders Stadium and to the West the new Durango Casino up against the Mountains. I.e this is a Great Location!
