While I think the price we paid was decent considering the nice location, there are too many issues that we suffered from in the unit that I would like to let people know about. I can't say if this is specific to our unit, or to everyone else, but I would like to share my experience. The apartments and the hallways are infested with cockroaches, and we have had multiple issues with the apartment. Some of these include a faulty kitchen sink that leaked all the way across our kitchen, and a bathroom sink that refused to work until we had to ask for help, and no dishwasher or food disposal in the sink to prevent the clogs. The apartment is VERY old, and all the appliances are very outdated, which probably contributed to the issues we had. Luckily, the staff were pretty helpful in getting rid of the issues for the most part.
