I’ve lived here at Chamberlain Oaks for four and a half years. I was here for a year and a half before it was bought by Humboldt Rentals, and my experience has been quite positive. The complex has remained quiet and well-kept, and I feel safe living here. The management is pleasant to interact with and responsive to any issues that arise. I have no complaints.
