Elevator has been down at the property for over 4 months. With only empty promises to be fixed. No On-Site office personnel or Management. Gastonia Office takes messages only!!! Maintenance takes a long period of time, to be resolved. Cleaning is not done in the halls, stairwells or Laundry Room. Residents need to keep up. Residents are nice and Friendly. And backyard view is very private. With in the units, they Need more TLC, even though there is new paint and flooring.
