I've lived at Arcade Sunshine almost 2 years, and I'll say it's a great place to live. We got a great COVID rate, so we've been able to enjoy a beautiful, new apartment at a great price. Not sure if it's still as afforable, but I've always felt safe here. There have been incidents right outside the complex and even inside the building, but none that I've ever felt unsafe. That is just part of city living in DC. Overall, appreciate the security team and management, they are extremely kind and supportive of the residents.. Plus, maintenance always show up right away if there are ever any issues with the apartment. I definitely recommend!

Overall a solid space with modern amenities. Amazing rooftop with fantastic view of DC - great for hosting gatherings or just chilling. Extremely kind, helpful, and responsive staff. Pretty good location with many restaurants, bars, and even tiny grocery store nearby. Quiet spot in terms of traffic. Metro is about a 10-15 minute walk which isn't bad (especially if you like walking through the neighborhood).
