The entire staff is fabulous!!! I recently ordered a bedroom set. Unbeknownst to me, It was delivered by FedEx and just left on the first-floor sidewalk, instead of my third-floor apartment as expected. These packages were several hundred pounds, therefore I was unable to transport them upstairs, given I’m a single person. The leasing agent, Emely, immediately offered to have the maintenance staff come w/ a dolley to deliver the packages to me directly, despite how heavy they were expected to be. About 30 minutes later. My packages arrived. I can’t thank the staff enough for coming to my rescue!! They definitely went above & beyond the call of duty and I’m SO appreciative of them!! I’ve lived at Acero West for approximately 3.5 years! Warmly,

Mikayla and the entire team were incredible. My Mom was a resident and recently passed away. They were empathetic and supportive during our Move out process. THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY IN SALEM! MY MOM LOVED IT HERE! Customer service is above and beyond. I was Regional Manager for a large National company in Salem. Acero could teach EVERY Management Company in the Gold Standard of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
