I have lived in these apts for over a year now and the new change in management really shows for it. I had not felt the need to add a review until now. Our new apt manager Sandy will go above and beyond to help the residents here. And Mike from maintenance gets the job done if anything is wrong with your apt in a timely and superb fashion. I love these apts but I do so even more now. Very friendly people and a nice community. I encourage anyone wanting a very nice apt at a good price to choose these.

We are living here for 1.5 years with our twin babies and I can speak volume about this place. This is a very safe place. You can walk or Jog out anytime and see UTRGV police patrolling the street. The manager Blanca is super nice and always prompt to take care of our issues. The maintenance guy Manuel is hardworking who does not quit until the job is done. The apartment is always kept clean and they mow the lawn frequently. Most of the residents here are students (and student-family of Masters and PhD students) and the place is very quiet unlike the Veranda next door. Recently they went online rent payments which is a plus for our busy schedule. Highly recommend for UTRGV students and families who prefer a safe and quiet place.
