These apartments are very beautiful and I love living here. When I came to California I was hoping that I would be able to find a good place to live since I have lived overseas for so many years. I looked at other places and some were nice and some I just drove away from. My co-worker asked me if I could go with him to look at this apartment complex he had seen online. Not knowing what I was going to see when I arrived and I was really impressed when I saw the apartment complex. When I stopped in and met the apartment manager Ms. April, she told me all about the apartment and offered to show me the units. When I walked into the apartment I said this is the best apartment complex I’ve seen so far and I want to live here. Ms. April also showed me the apartment that I could get and after seeing it I said I wanted it. There’s new appliances in the apartment and a kitchen island that is just great 👍🏽. The patio furniture is beautiful and there’s a small gym also. The outside grill is super. The process to move in was smooth and Ms. April was a great help when the website was not working. She is always friendly and if something is wrong I just send her a message or call and she gets it taken care of. I’m so happy 😀 with my apartment and I’m recommend these apartment to anyone looking is looking for a great place to live.

Best place to live in Ventura. We had such a great experience from start to finish. We went to see the apartment complex on a whim and it was the best decision we made. The floorplans are open and super spacious. We loved the high ceilings and the high-end appliances. The building is gated and security cameras provide such an ease of mind. If you are a pet owner this is the perfect place. Our dog loves the open space and going for walks in the evening. The prices are affordable and the convenience of being close to everything is a big plus. April is wonderful and made our moving experience such a great one.
