My partner and I visited this community last minute to few apartments. We had the pleasure of speaking with Amy. Me. Amy was amazing!!! Not only did she take time to guide us in a tour last minute, but she did it extremely well. She was so personable and made us feel so comfortable. We looked at a few different options and she was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of the questions we had and didn’t know we wanted to ask. The apartments themselves are a really great size. Some are renovated and some are not, but the space they both offer is nice. We ultimately decided to house elsewhere, but if you are interested in this property, we recommend speaking with Amy.

Recently moved in. A few hiccups along the way, however, the Leasing Consultant Ms. Amy showed us one property and and sensing our hesitancy, recommended BC as an alternative. That right there was impressive and she was very pleasant & informed regarding the DSB business policies. The Property Manager Mr. Michael was accommodating with our requests and was present for the walkthrough prior to our moving. He was quick to have all identified issues addressed and completed and on move-in day. Because of some issues, we met the Maintenance Super, Chris and also Technician Colby. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and professionally on point. It's refreshing to feel like you matter. That's the feeling we get since moving in.
