This is a really beautiful building in such a great location! Walking distance from so many great Detroit spots like Ima, Wayne State campus, She Wolf, Selden, and the list goes on! Besides the gorgeous lobby, this building has a pool!! Hard to beat!

We appreciate Daniel's diligence in getting our lease agreement finalized. He handled everything in a professional manner and went above and beyond when we required help while he was on vacation. Our minor repairs were fixed in a timely manner. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the location, view of downtown, close proximity to WSU and Midtown. Would recommend securing WSU student parking if you are a student.
