Destinee is such a wonderful part of the office team, and her customer service skills are top-tier! She is always willing to listen to resident issues and actively works to get them resolved as quickly as possible. She stays up to date on her knowledge of other issues in the complex and is always able to give me a detailed update on where they are in the repair process, rather than just saying “oh we’re working on it.” Destinee recently joined the Sorelle team and has quickly become someone I view as reliable to talk to. I experienced a maintenance emergency, and she was so kind and helpful throughout the process. I had another ongoing issue that was recently resolved, and she always remembered what the details of the issue were when I came by the office and gave me a timeline as to when a tech would be able to fix it. Most residents here would tell you we want more communication and updates about maintenance issues, and Destinee is someone who exhibits these skills!

Destinee gave me my tour & she literally was so amazing! Very honest, very knowledgeable & she didn’t make me feel like I didn’t have so many questions—very gracious. I then met Michael & he was just as nice & honest as well! The complex is quiet & clean, no complaints at all. Definitely putting an application in soon!
