I love living here! Management is wonderful - Laura and Ashley are friendly, professional and helpful. The apartment homes are beautiful - I love all the natural light. They’re very sound proof - we don’t hear our neighbors at all. The community is so clean and the amenities exceed all my expectations. The gym, in particular, is great! It’s a very safe community, which was important to me as a single mom. I’m so happy I chose Evergreen Village!

I moved to Evergreen Village in July of 2019’. I have been extremely impressed with all of the leasing staff. Any maintenance issue has been quickly responded to in a professional manner. The apartments are well designed, modern light and current in colors and finishes. I found that the apartments are larger and priced better than other new apartment complexes. I’m very pleased and am enjoying living in the Evergreen community!
