Awesome place!! Each building has its own access and very high point on safety. Lindsey Cook has always been the most responsive anytime there was a question. We absolutely love our experience at Discovery Park Apartment! Everything is so well-organized and beautiful. The swimming pool, study area, and other amenities are excellent. We especially want to highlight Kari’s exceptional service—she’s incredibly sweet, approachable, and always ready to answer our questions. Her warm and informative approach makes us feel truly at home here.However, we do have two suggestions for improvement. First, we noticed that the corridor area could use a bit more cleaning as it appears slightly dirty. Second, it would be extremely beneficial if the UNT bus made a stop closer to our apartment. Having a nearby stop would save students a long walk to the main Discovery Park parking lot and make commuting much easier.
Overall, we’re thrilled to be here and look forward to more great experiences!

I’ve lived here for one year now and DP Apts is one of the best places I ever lived at. The staff is damm cool and very supportive. I’ve dogs and they enjoy living here as well. We have got dog parks, free treats at leasing office and what not.
The support team these guys are super great too. They always get the service request fixed in a day.
Just got a new lease for a two bedroom apartment and I know it’s gonna be even greater experience this time.

Exceptional living experience in a modern gem!
I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this apartment home! From the moment I moved in a few months ago, I've been impressed by the spotless cleanliness and modern design of the space. It’s evident that great care is taken in maintaining the apartment, which makes for a comfortable and inviting living environment for me.
Lindsey deserves a special shoutout for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly and addressed a mild issue I had promptly and efficiently. I couldn't have been more pleased. The other staff I have encountered have all been so super friendly, supportive, and welcoming. No issues thus far!
Even the tenants have been respectful and kind. The location is another huge plus—perfectly situated with easy access to everything I need, whether it's dining, shopping, or commuting.
Overall, this apartment offers a blend of cleanliness, modernity, and exceptional management that creates a truly enjoyable living experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
