This review is for the maintenance at Villa Cristina! Over the past two years Monte has made living here so pleasant. Whether it is when he is responding to a maintenance request or when I see him on my way out, he always has a smile on his face! Besides being a sweet, caring person he is a good maintenance man. Our apartment is not perfect, but every time he has responded to our maintenance request it is not only in a timely manner, but the fixes are sustainable. We <3 Monte!!!

I appreciate the apartment foremost; by far the best part is the maintenance staff here (Shout out to Monte). They are super helpful and always willing to go above and beyond when you call upon them. Leasing staff is also very accommodating and flexible with its patrons, based on the many interactions I have had with lease questions and packages. Also: Monte for employee of the year!! đź‘Ź
