I would like to say to the Apartment Management - where do you find every employee so kind - valet, front desk maintenance and Abigail from the leasing ofc - your smile and kindness to everyone says it all . Employees see management with this it spreads throughout . I want to say ty to everyone . If anyone is thinking of visiting and making this your home - I highly recommend. I’m moving only to be closer to my grandchildren. The views are beyond amazing !! So just go for it ! Just a little note everyone I met there from management to residents nothing but nice and helpful !!! PS - you can watch the air show right from your balcony ! Kind Regards Carmen

my wife and i moved here from NJ in July 2023. the lobby, the pool areas, the lounge, the gym, the views, our unit itself.. EVERYTHING here is beautiful. i have zero complaints. sure, we pay $100 for valet parking that we never use, and yea sure there’s some homeless people outside the building, but they don’t bother anyone. where i come from, they will try to jump you if you don’t give them a dollar. am i annoyed that they took away security at the front gate, yes.. but this is life, things change. we live on a marina with mega yachts, i can see the ocean from the pool and every store needed is walkable.. all these things and im seeing complaints in the reviews. im paying the same price here for a 1500sq ft 2bed/2bath that i was paying for a 550sq ft studio in jersey city NJ. Lily and Abigail are the sweetest girls and are very tentative. I recently bought a golf cart and requested electrical outlets be installed in the parking garage for it and Meredith had it handled in 2 weeks. for the past 5 years i moved every year when my lease expired (in NJ & NYC) and this is the first time i plan to renew because everything here is so great. some people will never be happy and need to see how much worse it could be, and that is why these reviews are so low when in fact this building deserves 5 stars. Sunrise Harbor for the win!
