A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

Travel to Downtown Atlanta in 20 minutes from the Decatur MARTA station, or commute along pedestrian-friendly trails through town. Emory University and Emory Decatur Hospital are within a 5-minute drive. Have your choice of greenspace, with Scott Park, Ebster Park and Adair Dog Park all nearby. Decatur's rich history is on full display at the DeKalb History Center Museum, while modern galleries, shopping and dining harken to the city's bright future.

My tour of the property was very thorough. I was able to see all the amenities. This property has exactly what I am looking for as a remote worker and a student. The location is in a walking neighborhood with a suburban feel still. The elevator and building system was a bit confusing but I am sure I could learn it over time.

Our family has been living at AMLI Decatur since last summer and we have had a wonderful experience here. We have met a lot of friendly neighbors here and the staff have been very professional and polite. From the beginning, the staff explained every step of the process of getting a lease and moving in. Whenever we have run into any challenges, the staff have tried their best to help us out. Their commitment to quick service requests is serious. They respond in a timely manner and try the best to address our service issue both in the short term and if it requires more work they give us a specific plan of action for the long-term solutions. I don't understand the very negative post on this Yelp review. In such a large apartment community, there will always be some issues and you can't expect perfection. Here is an example of a recent great experience we had. Our son was having a hard time sleeping because the Thermostat had stopped working. Ermin came up quickly but had to deal with a more complicated situation than he had first anticipated. However, he persisted with it till it was solved after going away and coming back about three times. He came back again in the morning to finish making sure that the remaining repair issue was addressed. Ermin is always very polite and so helpful. AMLI Decatur is lucky to have him and other great staff on their team. I'm sharing the great views from our apartment windows.
