Building has controlled access with on-site laundry and off-street parking with garages available ($70). We pay heat, water and garbage. Residents are responsible for electricity. Background, credit and rental references are checked (application fee of $40). No smoking/no pets. Building is part of the Sioux Falls Crime-free program.
