Nice apts but recently in the last week (week of 9/26) some young douchebag college kids moved in and were all loud last night in the parking lot like no one else was sleeping. This happened after 1am! There's also been someone letting their dogs poop right outside the gate in the walkway. These newer people have now respect about living in a good community. Management, I hope you keep an eye out, or possibly consider having security on the premises to prevent these issues. Also, someone is leaving their windows open with a dog barking loudly for hours on end! It's getting ridiculous.

These seem like really nice apartments however the management was difficult to work with. I was emailing Austin about an apartment then he stopped replying to my questions cold turkey. I applied to the apartment on the website and paid the application fee. He never reached out to say if I was approved or not- I called, left voicemails and emailed. Would have been nice to know if I was a candidate for the apartment or not. It all worked out because I signed with another apartment company that was friendly and had much better communication.
