We lived here for close to 2 years and I have to say we enjoyed almost every moment of it. It's expensive for the size yes, but so is the rest of the rental market in south Florida. Cameron Cove is perfect for students or a single person to call home in a great and safe location. There isn't anything you can't find within a 2 mile radius, however, the way the property is laid out coming home is very quiet and set back from a very busy University Drive. The front of the apartments face many small lakes and a golf course. Everyone always commented on our view. The neighbors are nice and the girls in the office are always professional and friendly. The only thing I would have liked to be different was the laundry situation. Community laundry wasn't so bad however they use reloadable laundry cards and if the office was not open and you had no money on the cards, there was no way to use the facility. Other than that it was a great place to start out until our little family expanded and needed more space. If you are looking for top of the line luxury this may not be for you, but f you want a place in a good location, plenty of parking and easy to maintain, this may just be a solid option.
